Ordering is simple and done entirely online:

• Step 1 — Order your Mold Kit from our shop. It ships straight to your door.
• Step 2 — Take your impression at home using the two-putty kit included. Mix the blue and white putties, press into the tray, and bite down for 3 minutes. Full instructions are included.
• Step 3 — Mail your impression back to us using the prepaid envelope in the kit.
• Step 4 — Receive your grillz within 3–4 business days of us receiving your mold.

The kit contains two putties — one blue, one white:

• Remove both putties and place in your palm.
• Mix together like Play-Doh until you get a uniform single color.
• Press the mixture evenly into the mouth tray.
• Open wide, center the tray on your teeth, and bite down firmly for 3 minutes without moving.
• Carefully remove the tray — you should have a clean, sharp impression.

If your impression doesn’t come out clean, contact us and we’ll send a replacement kit.

Yes — a dentist can take your dental impression for you. Bring the mouth tray from the kit, or ask them to take a standard alginate impression. Mail us the tray and we’ll take it from there. A dentist can produce an even more precise fit.

Once we receive your mold, your grillz are crafted and ready to ship in 3–4 business days. US delivery then takes an additional 2–5 business days. International orders take 7–20 business days depending on destination.

It happens. If your mold doesn’t come out clean or gets damaged in transit, reach out at (314) 441-6838 or through our Booking page and we’ll arrange a replacement kit. We won’t start crafting until the impression is right.

All of our grillz are solid gold — no plating, no fillers, no shortcuts. Plated grillz tarnish, fade, and can turn your teeth green over time. Ours don’t.

• 10K Gold — Most durable (41.7% gold). Best for everyday wear.
• 14K Gold — Most popular. Great balance of durability and purity (58.3%).
• 18K Gold — Higher purity (75%), richer color, premium feel.
• 22K Gold — Closest to pure gold (91.7%), deepest yellow, luxury finish.

We offer yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold across all karats. The color is your choice — each piece is sculpted to your exact mold.

Yes — real diamonds only. No lab-grown diamonds, no cubic zirconia, no synthetic stones. If your piece is iced out, it’s set with genuine VS-grade diamonds. No compromises on quality.

Every piece is handcrafted in St. Louis, Missouri. We’ve been making custom grillz locally since 2013. Your mold is cast in-house, your gold is poured in-house, and your piece is finished in-house. No outsourcing.

We make grillz for top teeth, bottom teeth, or both. The mold kit includes trays for both arches. Just let us know which set you want when you order.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

No — our grillz are fully removable. They’re cast to the exact shape of your teeth from your mold, so they snap on with a secure press-fit and pop off whenever you want. No adhesives, no permanent attachment.

Putting them on: Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth first. Gently press the grillz onto your teeth — they should snap into place with light pressure. Never force them.

Taking them off: Use your tongue or a fingernail to gently pop them off from the back. Never yank or pull forcefully.

Do not eat while wearing grillz. Food can get trapped between the gold and your teeth, and chewing can bend or damage the piece. Drinking water is fine. Avoid everything else — especially hot beverages, alcohol, and sugary drinks.

No. Always remove your grillz before sleeping. Wearing them overnight traps bacteria against your teeth and can cause decay over time. Take them out, clean them, and store them in their case before bed.

• Rinse with warm water after every use.
• Use a soft toothbrush with a small amount of mild dish soap to gently scrub all surfaces.
• Avoid toothpaste — it’s abrasive and will scratch the gold.
• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals and chlorinated water.

Store your grillz in the protective case that comes with your order. Keep them dry and away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and harsh chemicals. Never leave them loose in a pocket or bag where they can get scratched or bent.

Yes — all grillz from STL Grillzz come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects and fit issues. We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Contact us immediately at (314) 441-6838. Fit issues are almost always caused by an unclear mold impression. Bring your mold back and we’ll recast your piece to fit correctly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If your grillz are damaged beyond repair, we can make you a brand new set using your original mold for half the original price. Bring us the old piece and your mold impression and we’ll take care of the rest.
