How to Wear & Care for Your Grillz

Getting Started

Your STL Grillzz are custom-fitted and ready to wear right out of the box. Follow these steps for the best fit and longest life.

Wearing Your Grillz

• Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth before putting grillz on.
• Gently press the grillz onto your teeth — they should snap into place with light pressure.
• Do not eat or drink (except water) while wearing your grillz.
• Do not sleep in your grillz.

Removing Your Grillz

Use your tongue or a fingernail to gently pop the grillz off from the back. Never yank or force them off.

Cleaning & Storage

• Rinse grillz with warm water after each use.
• Use a soft toothbrush and mild soap to gently scrub — avoid toothpaste (too abrasive).
• Pat dry with a soft cloth and store in the provided case.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals and chlorinated water.
