Your Order Status — Every Stage Explained
We update your order at every step of production. Here’s exactly what each status means so you always know where your grillz are.
1 — Order Received ✅
We got your order and payment. A confirmation email is on its way. We’ll reach out if we have any questions before starting.
2 — Waiting on Mold ⏳
We’re waiting for your dental impressions before production can begin. If you ordered a mold kit, check your email for the shipping tracking link. If you’re coming in-store, confirm your appointment.
3 — Mold Kit Shipped 📦
Your at-home mold kit is on its way to you. Check your email for a tracking number. Once you receive it, take your impressions and mail them back using the prepaid label inside the box.
4 — Impression Received 📬
We received your dental impressions. Production begins within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a notification when we start working on your grillz.
5 — In Production 🔨
Your grillz are being crafted by hand in our shop. This is where the magic happens. We’ll share an estimated completion date if your order is complex.
6 — Polishing & Quality Check ✨
Your grillz are done and going through our final polish and quality check. We inspect every set before it leaves our shop to make sure it’s perfect.
7 — Ready for Pickup / Shipped 🚚
Your grillz are done! If you’re picking up in-store, we’ll let you know they’re ready. If shipping, check your email for a tracking number.
8 — Completed 🏆
Your order is complete. Enjoy your grillz! We’d love to see you wearing them — tag us or submit a photo to be featured in our gallery.
