By accessing stlgrillzz.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom-Made Products

All STL GRILLZZ products are custom-crafted to your individual dental impression (mold). Each piece is made specifically for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your grillz are made-to-order and unique to your teeth.

2. Mold Kit & Impressions

A dental impression kit will be provided or can be purchased separately. The quality of your fit depends on the accuracy of your impression. STL GRILLZZ is not responsible for poor fit resulting from an incorrect impression. If your impression is unusable, we will contact you to resend.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Production & Turnaround

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after your mold is received and approved. Production times may vary for complex custom designs. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. STL GRILLZZ is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on stlgrillzz.com — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of STL GRILLZZ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

STL GRILLZZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in St. Louis, Missouri.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
