At STL GRILLZZ, every piece is custom-crafted to your exact dental mold. Because of the nature of custom-made jewelry, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders. Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

The Fit Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we make. If your grillz don’t fit right, we will remake or adjust them at no charge. That’s our promise.

To use the fit guarantee:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at (314) 441-6838
  2. Describe the fit issue in detail
  3. We’ll guide you through returning the piece for adjustment
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs
  5. We will rework and reship at no charge

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made an error — wrong metal, wrong teeth, or a manufacturing defect — we will correct it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Mold Issues

If your dental impression is unusable, we will contact you before production begins. A new mold kit will be sent, and production will resume once we receive a usable impression.
